there's a brit tv program called The Office (shows on bbc america) .... the guy who plays david brent won a golden globe not long ago....

anyways, red nose day is just a day every 2 yrs where ppl in the uk fund-raise for the Comic Relief charity.... celebs do skits, there's a telethon, the whole nine yards.. and wear red noses (hence the name).

on the episode, david brent raised money in the office and dressed up in that costume to get his picture in the paper as he donated the cheque. it was a really funny show; i'm sad they only did 2 seasons 🙁
