If her bahaviour is really that different... be really nice to her and give her NO reason to be mean to you. If she still is (Mean and different) you have a real problem.

Because you can't freaking update your little story in the OP so it makes any kind of sense; instead you post some other seemingly unrelated gibberish after it.
 
I'm definitely not the dense one. From the updates you would see that she has been acting strangely lately and this wasn't an isolated event. Also, to lie about anything shows a flaw in character. I refuse to date someone who constantly is lying, and anyone who isn't the same has issues. ALSO - And here is where I am an idiot... I forgot to post that we were together for about a year, and then I went off to school (San Luis Obispo), while she stayed in San Diego. We still date, and talk all the time on the phone. She's been acting this way for the past two weeks, one of which I've been home in San Diego for winter break...

She might be resentful that you are away and subconsciously try to punish you. Especially if you are now back and expect things to be the same as they were before you left.

She has been on her own, totally independent, and has carved out her own life and identity. So, she might feel like you are intruding to some extent. Talking on the phone is not the same as being there.

Maybe she just doesnt think you are making enough fuss over her now that you are back.

Hard to say... how old is she?

Anyway, I believe that people that are always asking if you're faithful usually do this because they aren't. I think the fact that they are doing shady stuff makes them real paranoid about the person they're with. I guess it's kind of like a "If I do it, they're probably doing it too" type of thing. I think I actually read that somewhere.
