UMMM -- Fresh chocolate chip cookies, all soft and moist, made special

...hey, not *that* kind of special...!

As a surprise for my daughter, who takes the chips out, I experimented and substituted raisens.
Tastes great! This is Ghirardelli Extra Rich & Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix (add an egg and stick of butter and mix). Instead of the 1 cup of chips I used almost 1 cup of raisens. Cook minimum time so they are almost raw in the middle----oh my god, are these good!

Your daughter REMOVES chocolate chips from the cookie?? Man, my brats fight to the death if one should fall out of the cookie onto the table or floor. Raisins? Not a chance! They aren't man made. By the way, homemade is way better.
