For some reason, i do not have FX anymore....Apparently, even though I have had it for the past 9 months, it is not part of regular cable...i guess that means no "rescue me" tonight.🙁

hmmmm.....suck....I called comcast and they said i have basic cable which is only supposed be channels 2-25...however, i get 75 with no problems....What also sucks is that i no lonmger get The toon network, so no more adult swim🙁 When did these changes take place? It is not even the start of the new billing cycle and i had all these channels last week🙁 I have to pay 42.50 just to watch rescue me? I think I can wait for the dvd.....
 
well if you just had basic instead of extended basic they caught on and 'fixed' your service. I pay 42+20 for internet, I'll probably trim back something when my $20 internet promo is gone.

Ive lost a few channels lately. Digital only channels though.

Well, I have "extended basic", whoch is supposodely some package called the gold package. I thought that was what included stuff like FX, but i called and they said it was stuff like Lifetime (yuck). Oh well, i was wondering why Basic cable was never this good when i lived in Lowell. I just wish they sent notice that they were changing there packages....
 
Hmmmm...upon further investigation, I realize that I no longer have half the channels i have had before (No TNT movies🙁)......now, if i was paying for basic and recieved premium for 9 months, i wonder what made them realize there was mistake just now?
 
yea, looks like you were put on the crappy regular basic package which just has local channels. I dunno why they realized their mistake now, but they were going to realize it at some point. Maybe somebody else made a service call and they noticed that your line wasn't right? I dunno.

I am moving out in two weeks anyways, so maybe i can get the mistake again when i move into my new aprtment😉
 
speaking of Comcast, my internet was down this morning, the cable modem looked like it was having trouble resetting as well. Anybody else having problems?
