umm.... how can you make a bootable CD?

I mean, you can't just type "SYS D:" at a command prompt - a CD-R just doesn't work that way! 🙁 (I wish they were as simple as floppy/zip/HDD....)

I might be getting an ASUS Pundit with no floppy, so I'll need a bootable CD for OS installation and other purposes.
 

Yep, basically you just make a bootable floppy then jump into Nero / Roxio or whatever and there should be an option to make a bootable CD - at some point it will prompt you to insert the floppy.
