Umm...EWWW OMG: Parent Charged With Sexual Abuse

Can't believe (actually sadly, I can 🙁 ) this happened in the village I work in:

Village Police last Friday charged the 52 year old Owego woman with sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child. They're not releasing the woman's name to protect the child who is 14 years old.
Plus, her arrest is related to other sex crime investigations.
Police believe the woman was having sexual contact with her own child for about 3 years.
She was arraigned and released after posting bail.
Police say she has 3 children and 2 were living with her.
Police say the 14 year old victim has been placed with child protective services, and they expect the other child will be as well.
