UML: does anyone here know anything about it?

So, I'm supposed to write documentation for a software-project me and my friends did (it's a school-project). The teacher said that it should be something like 20 pages long and preferrably it should be made with UML. We have 13 days to do it.

I have some vague idea what it is, but that's it.
