I'm curious, do you want an "arcade stick" for a better button layout (2 rows of 3?) or the different stick itself? I've never been able to get used to the full-hand grip for fighting games at the arcade, it always feels sluggish to me compared to only moving my thumb.
Then again, I've never been able to regularly justify pumping quarters into an arcade machine so I suppose I've never given the arcade-style control much of a chance.

I have the DoA arcade fighting stick for the 360.
And it is useless for UMK3, because they don't allow you to remap the buttons. It defaults to a button layout that is pointless, just mixed up. If you haven't purchased UMK3 from XBLA, just don't. I don't recommend it. As one of the other posters said, the D-pad is worthless on the regular 360 controllers. They screwed this one up.
