UMAX Scanner Driver problem (No Detection)

Darn it!! Trying to get my Scanner to work, I downloaded the drivers, but the system is asking for PV8630.sys file. It is not found on Win98se CD, windows/system32, windows/system/precopy or any other of those wonderful directories that usually happen to have weird files when you need them.


Where do I get it?
 
Thanks... but now it doesnt connect to the scanner. The USB cable is running fine, the driver is installed, so is vistascan software... any suggestions?
