Umax Astra 1600U Flatbed Scanner is it any good?

Good grief.... I have the 1220P and even at just 300dpi it's waaaayyyy more than I will ever need and the quality is outstanding, it's the best bang for the buck for sure so imagine the 1600U for $24.
