I found it as a packaged extension for Google-Chrome but I'm pretty sure you can get it on other browsers too. It basically breaks every site you visit until you enable just the parts (scripts, iframes, cookies, etc) you want, incrementally.
Adblock and Ghostery are nice but not as thorough IMO.
