I just back at school and they changed our whole network around. We are on a shared T1 with two other schools and look at what DSL Reports pulled up. Link. WTF?! Why is the upload about three times higher than the download?! 
Plus, they blocked like half of the internet already, I can't check my mail or anything. I'm really gonna go crazy when they block this, I'm gonna go loco on our school board. I MAKE IT THROUGH SCHOOL WITHOUT ANANDTECH!
