It's regarding animal cruelty. There are several parts of it where you see dogs and cats being skinned alive. I didn't even know that kind of stuff was still allowed overseas?

Something most people don't understand is that law is basically nonexistent in most parts of the world. There may be a stable government that passes laws, but authority is few and far between, and what authority there is doesn't follow anything by the letter. So it doesn't matter what is "allowed overseas," people do what they want and for the most part everyone is honest and gets along.

With that said, I don't see why you're posting this. Unless you're going to partake in the useless crusade against animal cruelty, then this is merely for entertainment purposes. I think I'll stick to watching American Gangster this afternoon, thanks.
