Just wonder, can I use Ultra100 cables with Ultra133 without performance degrade?

Just wonder, is there any spec changed for the cable from 100 to 133? I am going to buy a Ultra133 card. Now I'm thinking which one to buy, OEM or Retail. I assume OEM does not have the cable.

UDMA ie.ATA 133 must have a 40 pin 80 wire cable to acheive 133 transfer speeds a 40 wire cable will work but wont let you achieve that speed .
