I am concerned with the noise a little, but I am taking a wait and see approach. Assuming the rebate comes through this will cost me $4.99 plus a $0.39 stamp. For that price I will take a gamble on the noise/heat issues. Noise is relative anyway and you may or may not think that it is noisy depending on what you are used to. If it is too noisy or hot for my taste (doubtful) I can always sell it or put it in another machine.

unless i have one of the "noisy fans" mentioned by crazygamer above, noise may be an issue if you like a quiet case.

i'm checking into it with ultra, i'm guessing it's just a loud psu... which is funny, because many people have talked about how quiet it is. strange.

It is only quiet when your system is not drawing much current. Check out the review someone posted in one of the Ultra threads. Still fine for the price, if the rebate check doesn't bounce.

Ordered the Titanium one on the 19th. Order was cancelled on the 20th because my CC info was outdated. Reordered 21st and it was delivered today. Not bad. Haven't opened it yet, but it it feels heavy. Well worth $5 AR.
