Actually, I just read up that an Ultra power supply does not have share circuit output, which means the power available on any given rail is not increased due to load. They always deliver maximum current to each rail, thus giving a sort of "power on demand" performance. Therefore, the power supply should not be sensitive to higher CPU load. If the power supply is buzzing, the power supply would either always be buzzing, or not based on the way Ultra makes those power supplies.
One thing the problem really COULD BE if the buzzing is coming from the power supply is the power supply fan. Theory: Say the fans are thermostatically controlled. Under load, the PC runs hotter, the fans kick in. If a fan is broken, chipped, has a wire hitting one of the blades, etc., then the result would be something that sounds like a buzz coming from the power supply. Not sure if Ultra fans are thermostatically controlled, but should be easy to find out.
Again, I would make sure the noise is coming from the power supply. Lay the case on it's side, remove the power supply, set it just outside the case and run the power cables into the case from the outside. Then listen for the noise closely.
