Ultra X-Connect 500W....enough power?

I have recently purchased a new Nvidia 6800 Ultra and will overclock (if possible) to extreme speeds, Now my question is...is the power supply which I currently own strong enough to endure this with the other overclocking and other peripherals that my system has? See Below for System.

Is there a program to test for PSU strength?

Probably runs my computer fine but for a better "overclocking solution" I would have went with a powerstream... You should be ok though

Reviews on that PSU are mixed, personally I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole, and would instead opt for a more trusted name, such as (but not limited to) Antec, Fortron, Enermax, Thermaltake, PCP&C, Seasonic, etc. Wattage rating alone is often misleading.

You cannot, given the limitations of hardware, test PSUs purely in software. There are programs to tell you what the motherboard thinks of the voltages it is getting (MBM comes to mind, but I'm a bit behind the times in that area, as I'm running a laptop now). If you are really, really worried about voltage stability you'll need to add test gear. One or more multimeters hacked into the system to watch voltages isn't a bad start; but if you want to keep an eye on ripple, you'll need an oscilliscope. As you might imagine, that sort of thing gets rather expensive rather quickly. I'd say, just give it a shot, worst that happens is that you'll need to buy a better PSU later.
