That seems like a lot. Even with dual 2080ti you'd have trouble spending 7000 euros.

The best gaming systems don't cost 7000 Euros. What games is your friend planning to play? I would spend about three thousand on the system w/ display and nice keyboard and save the rest.

If you have 7000 euros to spend, then i'd definitely recommend an Intel 9900K, a good Z390 motherboard, 32GB of DDR4, RTX 2080Ti, a Samsung 970 Pro NVMe hard drive, and a good 144Hz G-Sync monitor.

Dude, your friend doesn't need to spend 7000 Euros on a gaming system. 7000 Euros is Workstation Class hardware.

Trust me, this user needs that kind of power. He is always looking for the best of the best.

For Gaming? Name me one game that can actually use that much hardware. Good grief we can build a very decent gaming system for a lot less than that.

The PC isn't for me. Of course this user can buy a high-end Alienware for a lot less, but it's not the "best".

This user stated he "he wants too have the best gaming build in that money". Who are we to stand in their way and tell them not to buy something that is the "best". Do we criticize champagne drinkers who will not drink anything less than Cristel, despite other brands being just "good enough"? ;)

I would. If I can't tell the difference then why buy the more expensive stuff? 64GB of RAM for gaming? We only need 16GB at the most.

You could do something like my 9900k build, add a second 2080 Ti and a 4k 144hz monitor and probably be pretty much maxed out.

Why do you keep asking that question over and over? I already marked your PCpartpicker build you linked to as the best answer. You should buy it! :)
