I've already got a D80, which I absolutely love, but it's not always practical and my wife definitely doesn't want to haul it everywhere she goes.
I've also got an old Canon S45, which still works fine, but it's showing it's age and it is still bulkier than I want.
So I'm looking to spend no more than $150 on something that fits comfortably in a pocket. This will be a "pull out, turn on, snap some pics, put away" kind of camera, which will probably be left in Auto 99.9% of the time.
So the basic question is:
Which pocket sized camera under $150 will take the best pictures in a variety of environments, while set to Auto?
