Ultra Black Aluminus ATX full tower case with side window $39.99 plus shipping

Micro Center has this case on clearance in store for $36.85. It can also be ordered for shipping for a total of $53.95.
I looked at this case at MC the first of the month when it was still $55+ and thought it was a nice size case but pretty flimsy in construction.

I don't think those are new.....they look like OPEN Box/Return units with who knows what kinda damage.
 
I purchased an open box (with all parts) from Microcenter last yr; came to around $25 after rebate and open box price reduction.

The case is nice and roomy but as previousily mentioned is very flimsy.

Also the front access ports also started acting up (caused reboots IIRC).

IMHO this isn't that bad of a case if you could find one for $40 or less but if you are paying more than that why not pick up one of those coolermaster 690s?

The ones I saw in Cincy were all in the same type sealed boxes. Looked like they were new to me.

Got mine. Case is brand new and in perfect shape as far as I can tell. Still in stock at MicroCenter, so this is a hot deal (MicroCenter, not TigerDirect).

Alternately for a cheap aluminum tower, SVC has the Cooler Master Mystique for $25AR plus shipping. I got one of those too, and both cases are pretty darn nice for the money.
 
Bumpage. Deal is back at TigerDirect and better than original TD deal though not as good as the MC deal.
 
Got this case from Microcenter last go around for a build for a friend of mine. Item was brand new. Very roomy, removable mobo tray, quick release HD trays and while certain aspects of it appear to be "flimsy" (it is most aluminum), for the general public it is a solid case- enough so that at this price I'm picking up a couple to have around as choices
