Ultra Bizarre YouTube Error (Yes, I think it's network-related)

Ok, this is the strangest error I have ever run into in almost 20 years of using computers.

A couple days ago, I stopped being able to approve or remove comments on my videos or comment on ANY videos. I share an account with my girlfriend and she can approve and remove comments, but I can't.

At first I thought it might be one of the bizarre problems that occasionally happen with cached files, so I cleared everything out... no luck. Tried a different browser, no luck. Restarted, tried both browsers, nothing. Logged into a different account on my computer, no luck. Logged into a different YouTube account, didn't do anything...

Here's what I've tried:

Mac Pro (OS 10.4): Firefox, Safari.
MacBook (OS 10.4): Firefox, Safari.
Dell B120: Firefox, Internet Explorer.
ASUS Eee PC: Firefox.

All of these computers are at my place and ALL of them have this problem. I can block and unblock users, but I can't approve or remove comments, or make my own comments.

With the same account, but with a different internet connection everything works for my girlfriend. I know I really should bring one of the laptops over to her place, but haven't had a chance to do that yet.

Anyone else experienced this? Anyone know how to fix it?

It's so lame.

Can you see the comment boxes? It might be a plugin that isn't working. Maybe java or flash. try reinstalling both.

That might be the solution if it were only one computer, but it's four computers, running three operating systems! And all of them started having the error at the exact same time.

I'm installing Leopard on the Mac Pro right now, I'll see about updating flash and java then.

Can you see the comment boxes, but unable to write in them? What happens if you directly connect one of your computer to your modem?

I can write in and post in existing comment boxes, like at the bottom of every page. I'm talking about when you click the "reply" link that's attached to a comment, it doesn't do anything. Likewise, the "approve" link that appears when you have chosen to moderate your comments doesn't do anything either, and the "remove" link doesn't do anything.

However, "block user" functions like normal.

It's NOT a network problem. 😉

Sounds more browser related, try clearing your cookie for this site.

I have cleared cookies, flushed cached files, everything you are supposed to do when something strange like this happens.

Four computers, four operating systems (now that the Mac Pro is running Leopard), seven browsers, all with the exact same error. The only thing these computers have in common is the internet connection.

Possible there is a complaint against you on this particular site? Only thing that remains the same is your IP. That and you share an account with somebody who would like to screw with your head.
