Ultra ATA 133 pci cards

Are these any good to use? Are they as good as built in controllers already on the mobo? I've got an Asus A7N8X Dlx. It has 2 ata contollers but I've got them filled with 2 hdd and 2 cdrom. I've got another hdd laying around. I will need one of these cards to connect it right? Thanks.
