Ultra ATA 100 and Windows ME

How can you verify that you are in fact running in UltraATA 100 mode while in Windows? Is there a native function that will tell you or do you need a third party benchmark app?

Goto Control Panel -> System Properties -> Device Manager Tab

If it's working properly, you should see your Ultra ATA 100 controller there.
