I ordered the Blue Aluminus from Tigerdirect.com. This case came with a 550W modular Ultra X2 PSU. The Front USB panel is a box that can be installed in 5.25 or 3.5 bay. I have it in the 5.25 right now, I may change that. Really what things do you need to fill the 3.5 bay? Floppy or Media card reader?
It seems well constructed, however the Quick install 5.25 rails are plastic... May be a problem if you are not gentle with them.
The case is LARGE!!! I can see this being a great low price tower for those who like to have every bay filled. Both side panels are removable and that makes for easy cable management. You can even hide the HD connections in the back! Just remember to unhook them before pulling the rail out, unless you have tons of slack.
The front door seems a little sticky when opening both the drive access and the full panel. Hope this is not too big of an issue. I really wont open the whole door that often so not a problem for me. The color match of the Plastic and Aluminum is very good. even if this is in a showcase area, you will not see a tone difference. The MoBo tray is easy to remove, and has nice handles on each side.
The CPU vent on clear side panel has an adjustable cone on it, so if you have to slide it out for stock cooling... Maybe this hole can be replaced with an 80mm fan?? I would like that even better.
Here are some pictures of the rig with the PSU and USB panel installed. I left the panels off to let everyone see the inside better.

Completely done with this case and build and here it is:
Inside
Air flow is no problem, the case is so big that I have tons of room inside for my 2 yate loons to flow air that comes out cold in the back, now if I had 4 Harddrives that may be different
Whole build and monitor
The noise is probably my only issue, now I do have a 1900xt that sounds like a vacum when gaming, but it really doesnt bother me when I have the bass up and the speakers loud. Maybe if I had the window side away from me where then I would hear less, but whats the point you know, unless you are the type that has to work in dead silence.
Side panel on
Another view of desktop
Office with both old and new running side by side
So you that complain about the super thin metal, what the hell are you doing with it? Throwing it around the room??? I have built it and set it on my desk the only way it will get damaged or bend is if I kick it off the desk or a Tornado hits my house, in that case I will get all kinds of new stuff!!!
Overall it is a big case to work with and it makes it easy to build for a first timer in my honest opinion.
