Ultra 320 15k SCSI Raid-0 setup

I am planning to set up a system and have two 15k RPM Ultra 320 scsi hard drives in a Raid-0 configuration. does anyone know if i would lose any noticable speed performance if i use my SCSI Controller Card, in a standard PCI slot instead of a PCIx slot. Because the motherboard that i am getting (Asus A8N-SLI Deulux) doesn't have PCIx.

Which card is it? Also, yes, if its a pci-x card, you will get less bandwidth in a regular pci slot, however I ran my LSI pci-x card in a standard pci board when I first got it, and now run it in a pci-x board,(slot), and to the naked eye, there is very little difference. Hope this helps.
