Ultimate photoshop comp for $2000?

I'm looking to spend up to around $2000 on a computer that basically runs photoshop fast. I have everything I need for a new comp accept the motherboard, ram, cpu, and videocard. So far I'm very confused. Some people tell me to get a dual xeon processor with motherboard and others tell me to a Pentium 3.06 w/ ht. And still others tell me to go with a high speed athlon xp with a grip of ram. So anybody have any suggestions on what I should buy with my $2000.
