Ultimate Mobo Recomendation

I am looking to build a new computer and have 2 major requirements:

1. i want to run dual processors
2. i want to overclock them

i am not sure if i should go duron or celeron- in that respect i am opinion to sugestions. What would be the best motherboard that would be able to do both of these tasks? Please let me know what you think would be best.

aight I am looking for the same thing. so you can actually SMP celerons??

Also where is a good(CHEAP) place to buys these mobos

 
You can only SMP the older PPGA celerons(300-550mhz), not the new FCPGA(533,566,600,633,667,700) celerons.
