I think this season's had better fighters since they're all veterans of the octogon...the two final fights should be pretty good. Who's watching?

yeah i am. that first fight sucked. bad ref stoppage. the guy was getting hit but was covering everything.

It's an interesting premise...but yeah, I don't know how any of them would match up well with a champion. Only one of them has ever had a championship fight offer!

LOL, Rogan's going nuts...Pete Sell lands a great body shot, Smith doubles over but lands a straight to Sell while he's running in for the kill...after the ref called the match, Smith curls up again in pain...

ok that was awesome. they just had it on replay. the guy was out. that body shot had him done. but managed one awesome hit.

Between this and watching Kansas State lead Texas in the third...what a great night of TV. #3, 4 and 5 might all lose this week, hopefully cementing the possibility of a UM/OSU rematch in the championship game

Yeah, Lutter is a great fighter...I think he's a little lacking in the finishing area if he can't get a submission as he doesn't have very quick or heavy hands.

Still, nice and calm guy, I hope he continues to do well in the UFC.

Well they have to fill time since the Lutter fight was so fast...but yeah, that took forever. We don't exactly watch UFC to see how eloquent and loquacious the fighters are

I agree with the commentators, in that Dana White & Co didn't bring the Brazilian in to stand in the ring against a Muay Thai fighter...didn't make sense. he's just lucky that the white guy didn't have enough to finish him off.

meh, boring fight for the most part.

well he tried to take him down. the other guy just had some good take down defence. but the jujuitsu guy should have tried a few more take down attempts. instead he tried to stand with him and lost.

ok that last fight was great. slow but great.

should be a 4th round.

Herb should have pulled them off the fence a lot more. That last takedown shouldn't have counted. Serra couldn't do a thing. Had Lytle been a bit more agressive in his standup, I think he could have won.

but it was a takedown. so yes it counted.

i agree lytle could have been more aggressive. but he had said he really pushed the wrestling (which showed) so maybe that hurt his stand up.

either way it was a good defensive match to watch.

Decent matches all around, but I still would've loved to see an outright winner in the Lytle/Serra fight, but it'll be nice to watch them down the line.
