I recently purchased the ASROCK 939SLI32eSATA2 mobo to play around with. This is my first non Via or Nvidia based mobo so I'm used to the 4 in 1 or unified drivers packages. I haven't installed the mobo yet, but I went to the Asrock site to get the latest drivers but all I see is LAN, audio, SATA and Cool n Quiet. Am I missing something here? Is there a separate ULI driver that should be available from Asrock or do I have to go to Nvidia now since they gobbled up ULI?

You don't see a driver from ASRock's HP, because you don't need any :) Driver for ULi chipset is basically ones included in Windows XP. (Maybe that's why ULi chipsets are stable? lol) Anyway, if I remember right, I didn't have to install any driver (except LAN and SATA2. Basic driver doesn't support SATA2, only SATA1 mode) for 939SLI32-eSATA2.

Excellent! I've recently used a couple of their Via KT400A mobo for a couple of tightwad relatives and have been pleasantly surprised by their simplicity and stability.
