Twenty-six people were wounded when the man launched an attack during a budget debate.

His actions were in response to a village council meeting to decide the annual budget. I wonder how his unhinged, psycho ass got on the council in the first place. Just...wow. I hope everyone pulls through.

When I first read the headline (someone linked it to me in discord), that was my thought, that he may be a Russian sympathizer. He still might've been, but he was a local resident, and as I stated above...I think he was just unhinged.

Far worse things are yet to occur in a war-torn and shattered country. The poor Ukrainians will never be the same after this conflict. If they even survive, and are not all entirely slaughtered by Russia.
