I just hope he isn't taken alive so we don't have to worry about the death penalty.

What is really important is that he die in a really embarrassing way -- to lessen his chances of becoming a matyr.

For example, we should spread rumors that he died while taking a crap. We could say he went to an open field to take a crap and his crap fell on an unexploded cluster bomb which then blew up in his ass.
