You have to pay £20 (roughly 30 dollars) to contest an aqusation that you have been downloading copyrighted material with out paying for it.

discussing what the govt is doing is allowed. asking how to circumvent the system/perform illegal downloading is not, this thread will be locked if you want to discuss how to hide what you are downloading


What is the best way for someone to hide what they are downloading, so the government could never prosecute them?

Well, if you don't mind doing something pretty unethical/immoral you could look for neighbors with unsecured or crackable wifi.
