some of the questions are ridiculous. whether sports uniforms are free in schools... i mean seriously, wtf does that have to do with basic civics knowledge.

<- British citizen by birth.

I don't need to know how many millions of under 18's are in the UK< or what % of the population identify themselves as Muslims.
Most citizenship tests seem to be full of useless things.

Man, a lot of these questions seem really useless.

Less than 50% on the UK test

Missed one on the US test.

But that is to be expected, since I live in the US and not the UK.

I also got 11/24.

Oh well, I got 100% on the US citizenship test, which is the only one that matters anyway.

I failed, but i thought I would since I'm from the US. But I have a question... why is the speedlimit question in MPH? shouldn't it be km? Confused the hell outta me. Also why the hell is census info held as secret for 100 years???

Why would we have our speed limit in km/h?
This is the UK, not mainland Europe.

In Britain they don't just use metric like the rest of the world or just standard like in the US. They use a combination. Also, a lot of the things that they don't measure in metric use "Imperial" measurements rather than American standard ones (for instance, 1 Imperial gallon = 1.2 US gallons).

In short, it makes the American system look rational and organized by comparison.
