Conservative is the old way, liberal means new way. The old way really was to sterilize low IQ people. The new or liberal way is to not sterilize them, but at the same time prevent them from EVER having sex or a boyfriend/girlfriend or a chance at happiness. Like what's the point? If you're going to prevent them having children, the least you could do is let them have sex.
