UI telnet in Win2k?

ET

In Win95, 98 or NT4, running "telnet" opens a white window with some menus. In Win2k, it opens for me a DOS prompt where I can do 'open xxx' to connect. It's not that bad, but I still prefer that telnet with a couple of menus. Any way to get that in Win2k?

Uhhhhhh start, run, telnet
then type ?
You get all the same commands (and some more i think) that you get with the crappy ugly old version....why oh why does a button pop up telling me that my connection is lost????

STaSh, yes, I know how to connect with this version. It's just that I find it convenient to have a list of sites I connected to before, like the UI version has. Just 'Alt,C,1' to connect to the last site you used. It's also a bit easier to configure (font, back buffer) than a DOS prompt, although that's less of an issue for me.

Ladi, thanks for the links. I just tested the Telnet program from Win98SE, and it seems to work fine under Win2K, so I'll just use that.
