Uhhh...why can't my XP1600+ post past 1100mhz?

Ok, I have an Athlon XP1600+(AGOIA core) and an EPOX 8K3A+ mobo. First post was at 10.5 x 100mhz = 1050. This is supposed to be a 1400mhz processor. However, I can't bump the FSB past 106mhz. What gives? Is there some setting I need to set in the bios or something?

If I recall correctly, there is a jumper on your mobo that sets the FSB to 100/133. I believe it's near the top right area of the board.
