Ok, I just tested my uber fast 28.8 connection on dslreports just for giggles and this is what I got:

A 2.8 KB/sec transfer rate.
Your upload speed : 646412 bps, or 646 kbps.

Your upload speed is much faster than down.. have you tweaked?
Your connection hardly qualified as broadband, at least in that test

How do you explain that 😕
