that always happen, horses snap their legs easily, and will be "humanely" destroy for the "embetterment" of the horse.

i am from hongkong, i know, everyone bet on race horses every wednesday and sunday.

Seems like in this day and age, they could mend a horse's broken leg?!

You don't have to destroy a horse because its leg breaks. I hate animal abuse and cruelty. That horse could have been a good pet to a kid. Stupid people are only concerned with money. :|

yeah, but it will never be the same, so what good is a race horse that can't race to an owner that has no other use for the horse?

Yes it can mend, but never make it goo dneough to race again. Not sure why you'd kill it though. Perhaps this was unmendable.
