I am really feeling burned out now. I have a finance exam at 4pm today, I haven't studied, and I don't even care. Usually I am Mr. Prepared. This is my next to last semester in college and I'm limping to the finish line. Gotta to hold on just a little bit longer .... Is there anything you guys to refresh yourselves for the stretch run during a semster? Any good Rudy type stories to pump me up? I need help!

Run!

I'm serious. Run a mile every morning... It'll help you get motivated. I did it when I was taking my Win2k classes, and it works.

how about getting off of friggin ATOT and go study?

ATOT is more fun than calculating Net Present Value and figuring out what Net Capital Spending for the period is! I'm outta here right now though, just browsing for 30 minutes before the "Big Study" session. Wish me luck!

alcohol works wonders. drown your sorrows. hangovers make you forget your problems and concentrate on trying not to puke instead.

DO NOT DO THIS, unless mediocrity interests you.
Hangovers are God's way of saying "DumbASS!"

I barely passed my last semester... I was soooo burned out. I know exactly how you feel. But don't worry, after you're done, you only have to worry about working 8-5 for the rest of your life 😀

Finance is a heckuva lot easier than doing math proofs in 2nd and 3rd year. I also do crappy in proofs. They are so useless.

This is no ordinary Finance class. The tests are extremely hard. They aren't simple problems where you figure out the NPV. The test I had today was three massive word problems with about 8 questions each. We had to reproduce balance sheets, income statements and cashflow statements from a collection of data. THEN we did the financial analysis. Hardest test I have ever taken, including my Calc II and programming tests. Hurt me!
