Alright... this is what happend... I installed new Bios for my ECS K7S5A mobo... they workd fine the computer booted up and detected all my hardware and stuff... then i restarted... i went into the bios and messed around with the CPU Multiplyer (on a athlon k7 tb 1ghz) first it was 133/133 (like normal then 138/138 worked fine 156/156 worked fine then i went to 166/166 i looked at the hardware moniter thing and it said it was only at 98 degrees (witch i think is normal temp right?) and then it was working fine again untill i restarted the computer.... when i restarted the computer didnt Post and i messed with the hardware a bit and it still wouldnt post... i took the Heatsink off to see if i fryed my CPU and it didnt look fryed or anything i switched ram... tryed to run it without the HD so it would just boot up the Bio's still nothing... it still wont post if i try to turn it off manualy it just automadically turns back on unless i unplug it (of corse lol) i was thinking it was the PSU but i donno... if any one needs any more info plz say so thanx!

PS. even without the CPU o ANY hardware other then the Vidcard and Mobo it still Turns back on about 2 sec after Turning it off manualy... if that helps at all

umm did you try clearing the CMOS? there should be a jumper on the board to do so. Just switch it over to the other position for a few seconds, put it back and then try it.

Clearing the CMOS will not delete the BIOS. It will just erase whatever you changed...I think. I would try the power supply. Usually if the computer's fans turn on, but nothing else does, the power supply is bad. I've had that happen to me a couple of times. Hope this helps.
