My right palm (hand) never really ached, but today when i played some bf2 again, the pain finally struck me.. this time, it hurts pretty bad.

My mouse is placed a little high i'm not really at a 90degree angle when i use my mouse. I'm more like stretching forward a bit because my mouse is placed on top of my desk (my desk sits high)...

I think this may be a mistake because i just checked that site and it says my hand to elbow should be at a 90 degree angle.. Mine was more like 60 degrees...

Now my palm is in pain. when i take my index and middle finger and stretch them away from each other, it's in pain. When i apply pressure on my index finger nerve on the palm, it feels good for some reason.

is this a sign of carpal tunnel? I'm only 24 mind you.

do you rest your entire hand on the mouse, or do you use your fingertips? the latter is not good IMO

Your carpal tunnel is in your wrist, not in your palm. So it's not carpal tunnel. BUt it's not good and you should take some ibuprofen or another nsaid of your choice and take a break for a day or two.

Carpal tunnel doesn't come from overuse of the keyboard/mouse.
