Uh oh... dead card?

I removed the RAMsinks on my video card (I had used Artic Alumina) by sliding a razor between the sink and the RAM. There is no visible damage to the card. I used alcohol to clean up, and now the display is garbled with strange characters. The RAM doesn't feel hot to the touch, and I let it dry out overnight (just in case). I can't see any visible damage to the card... but does anyone with a lot more knowledge know if this might require more drying or what?

Once you get garbled text at bootup the card is shot.

You used alcohol to clean up? I believe (not sure) alcohol contain salts. This is bad for the board as it can cause rusting and is conductive. Try cleaning it out with some electronic cleaner.
