IIRC I bought a cell phone adapter from everydaysource. Don't remember getting that, but my item came fine.

I looked back at my ebay hist and I purchased a cell phone thing from them as well. Everything arrived perfectly so i dont think you got anything to worry about.
 
he's bonded from that site

it's a 3rd party site that charges something obscene like 2% of each item sold
