They have a larger, more modern warehouse than most, so you're at least half right. But Newegg routinely drop ships from their distributors and vendors too. Just because something has the retailers name on the label, doesn't always mean they handled it

SVC has always come through for me...actually, I have never had a horrifying experience with any of the PC parts etailers. They have all been excellent. Monarch, Newegg, ZZF, SVC and Directron are the mains.

Only ordered mod parts from SVC a few times, but never had a problem. Never had to call or email them either.
