Ugly hack to get back forum dropdown list

The two obvious problems:
1. title doesn't match waht you'd expect
2. anything opened in a new window/tab won't be in the wrapper page, and won't have the dropdown.:beer:

here's a working hack. you can customize a few things. personally i like the AT banner on top, so i kept it.
