Ugly Ducklings

One of the parents was really aggressive in defense of the babies. I had to zoom as far as my old digital camera could to get those pictures. If I got too close, the parent would raise the neck all the way and hiss while running at me. I had to run away a couple times because I didn't want to fight that thing.
