Ugly Cassanova and Modest Mouse

is this just another one of those "our record label wont let us" reasons to create another band or is there a big difference here that im missing?


(i just finished listening to Sharpen Your Teeth and it seems better than any modest mouse album ive heard)

Quite a stir in their home community.

The charges were dropped and he was neither cleared nor condemned. Having looked into it a bit, it's impossible for me to decide whether he's guilty or not, that being the case I can't listen to the music without feeling conflicted. I used to enjoy them but the allegations caused me not to.

Well, that story is from 1999, and he hasn't been arested yet. . .

I have heard Isaac is a drunk and a dick though.

There still aren't many albums better than "Long Drive. . ."

anyway, i really would like to try and stay on topic long enough for someone who is in the know to inform me on the Ugly Cassanova thing
