WTF......

So I had my tooth more or less fall apart (now with a full crown) and a lot other medical problems this year...

Now..... my neck is pulsating (maybe three times in a quick row, then nothing for 5 minutes, then a new string of pulsations)

Right at that spot.

Arterial aneurysm? Muscle twitch? Anyone have any ideas? I might go to the doc/ER if it doesn't stop...

Is the neck pulsating on the same side of your jaw as the tooth problem was on? Below the lower jaw area? I know a lot of root canals can cause various on going problems, with infections below the crowns and such. Also, you might just be having involuntary muscle spasms related to the nerve involved. If it continues for a while, and the area around the tooth is sore or swollen, I would have it looked at.

I'll choose "D", another tool wasting medical resources with an unnecessary hypochondriac ER visit.

Make sure you get a hefty life insurance policy before you begin your big law career. If you need to bill over 2K hours/year you don't have time for pesky medical issues. :D

edit: tooth and throbbing neck pains especialy on your left side may be heart-related or at least some time of angina.
