I can't tell you how sick I am of getting emails that try to open themselves up, with crap like "this is a good tool, I hope you like it" and extensions like .jpg.exe
what's the point?

I got an ".src" or ".scr" file or something just now. Good thing it was via webmail and I could roast it before I opened it. :) It came with a nice picture of some canoes.

All i can say is I'm thankful for NAV.
My dad is totaly swamped with virus laden emails at his job, a lot of the time they are in chinese or japanese and he cant even tell what they were originaly suposed to say. In the past month he has had Nimda once, Sircam once, and Klez several times, and the IT department does nothing to aid him in any way. Its not so much the virus writers that we should be mad at, its the inept IT departments that dont take care of the problems, and continualy let users get re-infected and re-spread the viruses. [rant] DEATH TO INEPT IT PEOPLE![/rant]
