My girlfriends mom and her boyfriend moved into a new place the other day, and it doesen't have a washer and dryer hookup.. so we borowed their W&D since we didn't have any and have been using a laundromat..
Well, long story short.. I wasn't watching it like I should have to make sure everything was okay, and it flooded the utility room. Lots of boxes stored in there, the ones on the bottom are going to be pretty wet. 🙁
The room seems to be slanted, so it all puddled up against one wall.. which happens to be the wall to the living room, and now it's seeping through and the carpet around the wood stove is all sopping.
Both the wash and rinse cycles, so two full washer loads of water.. lol.
Geesh, what a mess.
